Using one’s own body weight as resistance, Pilates Mat classes are a challenging way to challenge core strength and increase flexibility. Our Pilates Mat Classes incorporate props such as the magic circle, resistance bands and yoga blocks. Classes are open to all levels and limited to 8 people, allowing our instructors to offer a personalized approach to every session.
