A lifelong dancer and athlete, Laura Bond Williams brings enthusiasm for all forms of movement to her Pilates instruction. She began her Pilates practice in 2012 to manage SI joint dysfunction and lower back pain, and she completed her Pilates mat and reformer training with master trainers from Pilates Sports Center (California). She enjoys helping clients find that “ah-ha” moment when they move from their core, use their breath and find new sources of strength, flexibility and stamina. As a local dancer and performer, she has appeared in numerous productions and festivals in Austin and across Texas including Texas Comedies’ original musicals, among others. Fun fact: she can also teach you Michael Jackson’s THRILLER dance (but not while you are doing Pilates).
