Do I have to schedule my classes/sessions in advance?

Private and semi-private sessions must be scheduled in advance. We highly recommend that you schedule group classes in advance since there is a limited number of spots. If you decide to walk in and there is a spot, you are welcome to take it.

What if I have to miss a week?

Think of your package in terms of number of classes/sessions a month. So if you are buying a 1x/wk class package, that’s 4 classes a month. You could take 1 class per week or you could take all 4 classes in 1 week (or any combination thereof), as long as the sessions are scheduled in advance.

What if I know I am going on vacation for a few weeks?

You can pause your membership for up to 2 weeks for 6 month memberships or up to 4 weeks for 12 month memberships. Pauses must be taken in 1 week increments and you must give 2 weeks advance notice. The time you miss is added to the end of your membership.

Do my classes/sessions roll over?

Classes do not roll over from month to month but with the flexibility in scheduling and the vacation pauses, we’ll work together so you’ll always get your classes/sessions in!

What if I need to cancel my membership early?

You can cancel your membership without penalty if you move 20 miles or more away from the studio or have a medical condition and a doctor’s note explaining that you are unable to exercise. If you cancel for any other reason, you must give 30 days written notice and you will be responsible for half of the remaining balance of your contract. Those funds will immediately be re-issued to you as a studio credit that does not expire, so you can use it whenever you are ready to come back.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Memberships are not transferable.

What is the cancellation policy for classes/sessions?

There is no penalty if you cancel within 24 hours of a private or semi-private session, or within 12 hours of a group class.

What if I late cancel or don't show up for class?

A class will be deducted from your package as if you had attended.

What if I need to upgrade or downgrade my membership?

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership with 2 weeks written notice before the beginning of your next billing cycle.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the same day of the month that you signed up. So if you signed up on 1/12/19, your payment will automatically be charged to the card on file on 2/12/19.

What if I used all my classes for the month but I want to take another class?

You can buy an individual class or session for a discounted member rate.

What if I have another circumstance not outlined here?

We are happy to create a custom package if our existing packages do not meet your needs.
